How can I make a flight booking?

You can book your flight for your desired destination on our website which has live availability.

Use the search filters available to find the best flight/holiday possible on your chosen dates of travel.

If you find any problem searching for your flight/holiday or have any other query before booking, you can call our reservations team on 0800 811 9888. Please note we have special web discounts so fares over the phone may be different.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with your e-ticket number and airline reference either in your inbox or in the spam box within 4 hours (Overnight bookings may take longer).

Still, if you do not find the confirmation email, please contact us on 0871 855 3735.

I have not received my tickets yet. How can I get my tickets as soon as possible?

Please contact us by phone or via the query form on the contact us page so we can resend you your e-tickets.

Where can I find airline details of the flight I booked?

The confirmation e-mail includes all details of your flights, terminal, air carrier, seat number and time of departure. If you find any problem, please contact us with the reference number of your booking.

What is the age criteria for Infants and Children?

Infants: 0 - 1 years till the entire period of travel.
Children: 2 - 11 years till the entire period of travel.

Please note that infants are not allocated with a seat and must travel on the lap of an adult.

How can I reconfirm my flight status?

You can contact us or the airline directly, 72 hours prior to departure to reconfirm your flight status.

How do I know if there is a schedule change on my booking?

Airlines may occasionally change the schedules of their flights. Lee's Travel is not liable for any missed flights due to airline schedule changes. Although we will try our best to advise you of these schedule changes, it is your responsibility to check this. We advise you to contact us or the airline, 72 hours prior to departure (inbound and outbound) to verify your flight itinerary.

How can I transfer my ticket to someone else’s name?

Complete name changes are not permitted. Only corrections to misspellings will be considered for name adjustments with a penalty subject to the airline's terms and conditions.

What documents do I need to travel?

You will need a valid passport for each of the members of your party including infants and children.

Please note that some countries require at least 6 months remaining validity before the passport's expiry date.


In some instances visas are required for entry and it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party hold valid documentation for travel.


Please be sure to check for both arrival destinations and for any transit stops. In extreme circumstances, airlines may deny boarding for passengers without the necessary travel documents.

Do I need vaccinations?

You should check with your doctor before your departure as to whether any inoculations are considered, advisable or necessary for your destination of travel.

How do I change the dates of my travel?

If you wish to change your dates of travel, please complete the query form on the contact us page including your booking reference, new dates of travel and a member of the web sales team will be in touch with you with the prices and conditions of the ticket. All changes will need to be done in writing.

Can I cancel my booking?

All bookings made on our website are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and 100% cancellation charges apply.
